If you put it in a car and it is constantly connected to the USB power supply, does it automatically turn on as soon as you switch on the ignition?

Hi, I actually use it on a TV, and charge it periodically, so it's never permanently powered!

I don't think so, I have it plugged in behind the TV and every time I turn it on I have to switch it on.
