I would like to leave a note here that this smartphone is not compatible with Swisscom. I had to painfully realise this when I switched from Sunrise to Swisscom. There are others here with the same problem: https://community.swisscom.ch/t5/Android/HTC-U11-Problem-mit-SWISSCOM/td-p/553062 It works perfectly with all other providers.
