I bought the phone a few days ago and did all the updates. Nevertheless, it seems as if it is quickly overloaded, within 10 minutes it crashed 3 times including restart when I had several apps open and wanted to make a call, the phone was simultaneously plugged into the laptop to charge. Never had such a problem with the old phone the Xiaomi Redmi 9. Did I miss something ? Or can I no longer expect such normal performance from the phone?

the mobile phone runs without any problems for me.
I am very satisfied with this device.
really good in this price range.
try resetting the phone and setting it up again.
