Does anyone else use this phone to pay bills with the Postfinance app? It worked fine with my previous phones (Honor and Samsung). I can't do it with this one. The Postfinance app doesn't react to the ISR number or the QR code with this phone. That would be very stupid if it didn't work. Maybe someone has some advice on how I can make it work?

I bought the phone a few days ago and did all the updates. Nevertheless, it seems as if it is quickly overloaded, within 10 minutes it crashed 3 times including restart when I had several apps open and wanted to make a call, the phone was simultaneously plugged into the laptop to charge. Never had such a problem with the old phone the Xiaomi Redmi 9. Did I miss something ? Or can I no longer expect such normal performance from the phone?

I have the same problem as Markus above, Google Lens didn't work, neither did the QR scanner app. But that's not so bad, since the Postfinance app saves all IBANs etc. Top price-performance ratio as before.
