I myself use a Wacom Intuos Pro M with a MacBook Pro 15'' equipped with macOS Catalina (version 10.15.3). No problems to report.
Just be careful with the "installation" of the tablet: if you use an external monitor with your laptop, the external monitor must be disconnected from the computer during the whole installation. Otherwise it will disrupt the installation. Once the installation is finished, you can reconnect your external screen and use the intuos tablet on both screens without any problem.
