Hello, Unfortunately, I cannot connect the bluetooth children's headphones JBL BT300 to the transmitter. What could be the reason for this? I have tried several times with reset. (controller is set to TX). And sometimes the LED only flashes blue, sometimes blue red. Thanks for the help.

Is the problem still there? Im got the transmitter/receiver out and loaded in the meantime. So I could test...

we also had our troubles with it, since we stand close to the TV, first switch on the headphones and then immediately press the small black HAMA button a little longer until the blue LED lights up - important, stand close to the HAMA until contact is made!
