You can look at Noreve, it only costs a minute. I quote from the description: "Allows the keyboard to be used without removing the protective cover". For me, however, this particular case is out of the question: it is designed to stay on the Surface while in use and consequently disables the stand. For this reason, I prefer a case (not a cover) specifically for Surface, from which the device can be easily removed before use.
