Bought the Smart Folio new and am disappointed as the magnet is too weak to hold the iPad up. The "triangle" that is supposed to hold the iPad does not hold itself and comes loose, causing the iPad to tip over. Does anyone have the same problem?

You are probably winding the "triangle" incorrectly. The outside of the cover becomes the inside of the triangle. Then it will hold.

No, it works fine for me (only lengthways, of course!). The "triangle" is pressed together by the weight of the tilted iPad and should thus hold well.
