2. Quwireless Solid WiMount bracket
Wireless Instruments has decided to change the standard method of manufacturing mounting systems from steel, based on extensive experience from many installation sites. The company developed a much sturdier mounting system that gives you the assurance that your installation is secure, as WiMount ensures significantly greater stability of the antenna in strong winds.
The standard bracket for the WiBOX series is made from a very solid material with a high fiberglass content, making it much more durable than a standard steel bracket or a magnesium casting, which is prone to cracking.
This solution allows for mast mounting (diameter up to 62 mm) and wall mounting (distance between mounting holes - 75 mm). The mounting system consists of three parts, enabling adjustment in two planes, even in the case of wall mounting. The adjustment is possible within a range of 70 degrees (35+35), which practically meets user requirements while ensuring the full durability and consistent parameters of the mounting system. The WiMount is scalable, meaning you can expand the adjustment range by adding WiMount elements. The DC grounding of the entire box system is facilitated by the bracket. To make antenna alignment more precise, the angle scale is attached to the movable parts.
