It's possible, but you should take a look at the following page. There are a few things to keep in mind: https://www.synology.com/de-de/knowledgebase/DSM/tutorial/General/How_to_migrate_between_Synology_NAS_DSM_6_0_and_later#t2.2 The section "2.2 Migration between different Synology NAS models" is interesting for you.

No, there are no hard drives included. But here is a set incl. 4x 3TB Synology DS418 Softbundle (4 x 3TB, WD Red) I bought it that way. You only have to install and configure the hard drives.

According to this link, the ds411 does not manage too high write speeds either: https://global.download.synology.com/download/Document/DataSheet/DiskStation/11-year/DS411/Synology_DS411_Data_Sheet_deu.pdf --> Synology DS411 delivers an average read speed of 105.3 MB/sec. of 105.3 MB/sec in a RAID 5 configuration in a Windows environment, while the write speed is 47.8 MB/sec. in a Windows environment. the ds418 achieves quite a bit more according to this link: https://www.synology.com/de-de/products/DS418 Performance Sequential throughput of over 226 MB/s (read) and 170 MB/s (write) but if this is the right choice for you, you have to decide for yourself :-)

What I understood - with other products - Digitec offers the warranty itself, not through Synology, but with its partners. Therefore, you can also buy the Synology warranty, which is independent from this one. But it's not worth it, because - if you have problems - you will only be able to take advantage of one warranty. Digitec warranty is good and sufficient in my experience.

In principle, yes, but it is important to update the DSM on the old DiskStation beforehand and possibly back up the settings, Also note the order of the disks. Here is a good tutorial on how to move disks. https://www.tutonaut.de/synology-nas-festplatten-und-daten-in-ein-neues-nas-gehaeuse-mitnehmen/

Hello There is an HCL (EOL WLAN dongle) on the manufacturer's website. EOL means there is no further development. I would therefore use the Wifi from the Internet router --> many Internet providers offer an integrated solution, simply connect the NAS to the Internet router with an Ethernet cable. If it is for business use, it is better to hire a professional to do it.
