According to my research, the HW-Q990H/EN, HW-Q990H/XC, and HW-Q990H/ZF are technically the same soundbar system. The differences mainly lie in the respective distribution or country code. Depending on the version, a corresponding adapter is included so that the power connection is compatible with a Swiss socket. There are no apparent technical differences in performance or features.

Samsung has kindly included a wall mount for us here. It works well, and there is also a template included for positioning. There is a small gap left between the wall and the speaker so that the cables can fit through as well. So everything is included, have fun!

Yes, there's quite a bit going down to the neighbours. You can turn the bass down, but then the sound of the soundbar is very thin.

The rear speakers are recharged by mains connection to an electrical socket, not by battery. They are wireless compared to the soundbar, but require a plugged-in power cord to operate and recharge.

Unfortunately, we do not currently have any available stands that have been explicitly developed for this product. Alternatively, the universal Mounting Dream set of 2 height-adjustable speaker stands can provide a remedy. https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/mounting-dream-2er-set-hoehenverstellbare-lautsprecherstaender-set-staender-hoehenverstellbar-lautsp-60963403

Ideally, the soundbar is connected to the TV via HDMI (eARC/ARC) or optical cable. For a completely wireless connection between the TV and soundbar, you can use Wi-Fi or Bluetooth so that only the soundbar and the four speakers (subwoofer and rear speakers) each need to be supplied with power cables. The rear speakers and subwoofer connect wirelessly to the soundbar, so no additional audio cables are required for these speakers. Only the soundbar itself requires a connection to the TV, either wired (HDMI/optical) or wireless (WLAN/Bluetooth).

Unfortunately, we can't answer this specifically as we don't have the experience. However, the question remains in the Community in case anyone can help.

The system only supports one subwoofer, which is already included in the scope of delivery. It is not possible to add a second subwoofer. The system is also designed with the wireless rear speakers; it is not intended or possible to add two additional front speakers. The speaker configuration is fixed to 11.1.4 channels with a subwoofer and rear speakers.

I couldn't find any speakers that can be integrated via the SmartThings system. However, you can also integrate the soundbar into the free Google Home system and then use all speakers that support this system. All you have to do is download the Google Home app. A great speaker would be the Sony SRS-RA3000

Hi Tommy I can't really answer your question. From my point of view and from my practical experience, the Samsung HW-Q990F soundbar develops the best result when it can interact automatically with the TV. The whole thing is harmonised. I have a Samsung Q-TV and the Samsung HW-Q990F soundbar. It really is a perfect "cinema experience" at home. I can't say whether an Epson projector and Apple TV will do the same. My goal was a perfect integration of TV and soundbar, which Samsung has achieved with its Q-Line. From that point of view, I'm more than satisfied. I hope so. You find the right answer to your question. So long, P
