Hello, is the bass transmitted strongly to the floor? As I live in a block, I'm afraid that my neighbour downstairs will hear everything. If this is a problem, are there any technical aids to dampen the sound transmission? Perhaps different feet or something similar?

Yes, there's quite a bit going down to the neighbours.
You can turn the bass down, but then the sound of the soundbar is very thin.

Tip - place a thick felt or cork (or similar insulating material) under the subwoofer. That's guaranteed to help.
