Yes of course, playstore is on it from the start, just download and use it.

Should basically work, as every Tolino app synchronises with the Tolino (as long as the account is correctly registered on all devices and Tolino Cloud is activated). I can't test it with a Tolino, but I can test the synchronisation between the Palma and, for example, the browser client when I get to it.

When you long press a word or passage in the built-in reader app, a menu appears with an option for annotation. The Palma comes with Google Play enabled so you can also install other reader apps with annotations. Typing is fine, a bit harder than with a phone because of the lower refresh rate but it is not difficult.
Unfortunately, the white version is not currently available.
