On my Lenovo Yoga 530 the active pen works perfectly. If you have a touch screen then it should work.
I can't answer whether it works, it should, but I have one here that is designated for YOGA. Even a few centimes cheaper :=)

No idea, we use a different laptop, sorry.
I don't know of any "others", but I would recommend using this one for Lenovo, as they are also specifically designed for this...

It should work on all Yoga devices, although the connection between the pen and the tablet is not too good. (this might have been my low-end yoga tablet at the time or I failed to connect and configure it correctly) If it's still on the market, I think it's for all yoga devices.

It is an active pen that only sends a signal when you press a button or when a pressure is registered by the tip.
I have a Lenovo Yoga 9i and the stylus is compatible, but as I see it, the Think Pad L13 doesn't have a touchscreen. Then it probably doesn't work. You can look in the specifications under input device. It should say Pen.
Unfortunately, compatibility is not guaranteed.
This is because it does not have the same sensor as in the ThinkPad X1 Yoga Gen 6. Therefore, these two items cannot be paired.
