The delivery includes a bracelet in S (14 cm to 17 cm) and a bracelet in L (16.5 cm to 20.6 cm). Therefore, measure your wrist circumference with the measuring tape. If you have at least 14 cm, it works.

Yes, the Fitbit Flex 2 measures steps even when the phone is not nearby. The Flex stores the activity and synchronises with the mobile phone as soon as it is near again.

For the alarm time, please select the icon at the top right > then select Flex 2 > Silent alarm > Set alarm.
Important: After setting up, the Flex 2 must be synchronised again. No, the alarm clock works without the app.

Good question, I didn't even think about it, I also bought the Fitbit 2 because my Fitbit Ones got wobbly contacts when charging after about 2 years and the band broke after about 1 year.
