If I want to use the fitbit as a silent alarm clock (via vibration), where do I set the alarm time and does it need to be connected to the app overnight or can I turn off my phone?

For the alarm time, please select the icon at the top right > then select Flex 2 > Silent alarm > Set alarm.
Important: After setting up, the Flex 2 must be synchronised again. No, the alarm clock works without the app.
