No, not at all... In fact, that's what disappointed me about this controller. The directions are good but the sensitivity is like an on/off switch. If you tilt the joystick to the left a little bit, it feels like you're at full left. Conclusion: for small, quiet games it's fine, but if it's for FPS it's really not that good. Connect the controller to the PS via cable. Switch on the controller. After about 10 seconds you can now use it via BT.
The controller uses Mini USB and not Micro USB, just like the original controller (PS4 is Micro USB). However, a charging cable is included in the scope of delivery.
