In fact, that's what disappointed me about this controller.

The directions are good but the sensitivity is like an on/off switch.
If you tilt the joystick to the left a little bit, it feels like you're at full left.

Conclusion: for small, quiet games it's fine, but if it's for FPS it's really not that good.
