Can this controller also be charged with MicroUSB? (I don't have the original charging cable anymore and don't want to buy a new one if it would also work with a simple microUSB). Or is a cable possibly already included with the controller?

The controller uses Mini USB and not Micro USB, just like the original controller (PS4 is Micro USB). However, a charging cable is included in the scope of delivery.
