The fact that the smaller model is more expensive makes no sense in and of itself. It is likely that the X3500H is the list price when the model was still current, whereas the X4500H has been priced to reflect that it is the previous year's model.

No, there are no cables with which speakers can be connected to the receiver. The mains cable is the cable with which the Denon is connected to the power supply. No more and no less. Buy 99% of the cables yourself, such receivers can be used for a wide range of applications (stereo, 5.1, 7.1 etc.). The distances that the cables have to cover (depending on the room, flat setup) to the speakers can also vary greatly. Therefore, from the manufacturer's point of view, it makes little sense to supply such cables. In general, the cables should have a larger cross-section and thus also a low impedance.

According to the instructions, 7.2 cannot be combined with Dolby Atmos speakers. With 5.2 it works, then two Dolby Atmos are connected to "Surround Back L/R". But I don't see any way to connect four Dolby Atmos speakers.
