You can use the MyDlink service for free. If you want to record to the Cloud of Dlink you have to buy a subscription. Otherwise you can make recordings and save them on an SD card.

With a good network connection, it also works perfectly via the mobile network, and the camera can also be controlled / rotated. The sound transmission also works live.
I only had this camera for a very short time and returned it because it could not be installed. Therefore, I have not been able to gain any further experience.
If the Mydlink app is active, all configured messages are sent to the phone. Presumably any number of phones can be used, as the messages and videos come from the Mydlink Cloud and not directly from the camera. The motion detection is relatively poorly solved (few setting options) and generates many "false alarms". I have switched off the messages.
