Hello, I don't have this exact Dlink camera, but similar previous versions. What has helped me is to briefly disconnect the camera from the power supply at night using a timer. This reconnects it to the Dlink cloud. This has worked perfectly for a good 3 years. Apparently, the connection to the cloud breaks down at some point and you can't call up a connection via the app.

Unfortunately, I cannot help with this problem. After constant connection problems, I abandoned the exercise. D-Link seems to want to improve the product, or the software, and it seems that D-Link does not succeed at all! Even with extremely small distances and even after resetting, the connection did not work. Sorry. To much problems.
