Is the device brand new or refurbished? It seems new, but then it says something about ingredients and remarketed and a new life for the iPhone with a new battery???

Hello everyone, why is this iPhone cheaper despite having more GB? The iPhone SE (GEN3) with 128GB is more expensive in comparison. Is it an original Apple product, not refurbished, etc.? Thanks for the feedback

Is the photo quality as good or better than the iphone 7? A colleague has the se 3rd gen, saved the photos in heic, but the photos are much worse than my jpg from the iPhone 7

The specs state that this version supports 2 nano sim cards. One slot can be used as nano sim card slot, and the other can be used as nano sim card slot or memory card slot. That means, this version of iphone supports 2 physical sim cards. I tried to put 2 nano sim cards but the sim card tray does not seem it can accommodate 2 nano sim cards. I searched the internet for instructions and found one. I tried to follow the instructions but I just could not get 2 nano sim cards fit in the sim card tray. Could someone show how this can be done please. Thank you.
