If you need two radios, I would definitely recommend the two-piece set. If you need more than two, the set of two is probably not enough...
Must fit. For headphones, the normal 3.5mm connector seems to be installed, the one for the microphone is a bit thinner.

You can charge the devices in the car, but you need an adapter for the car.
The 10km is only true in flat terrain without big interfering factors like buildings etc.
I use the radios in the mountains and they work perfectly for about 5-7km.

The radios (of the same type) are compatible with each other, provided the same channel and coding is selected.
Yes, that is possible. The frequency can be selected with a rotary switch. If you run them all on the same channel, all 6 radios will listen in.
