The Cat.7 network cable is an upgrade to the Cat.6A patch cable. It is equipped with a Cat.7 raw cable from EFB-Elektronik and is designed for an operating frequency of up to 600 MHz, as well as a transmission speed of up to 10 Gbit/s. In contrast, the Cat.6A raw cable has an operating frequency of 500 MHz.
Due to the increased frequency, the Cat.7 patch cable can handle significantly more data traffic with Cat.6a connectors. The halogen-free outer sheath of the Cat.7 cable provides additional safety. The patch cables are manufactured with a Cat.7 raw cable to ensure the highest possible performance.
They are perfect for use in high-speed networks and for connecting routers, switches, lighting systems, digital displays, computers, or a variety of new IoT devices. Cat.7 network cables unleash their optimal strength when used with EFB-Elektronik data sockets, patch panels, and keystones. These products easily meet the high demands of the high-speed environment that the use of Cat.7 network cables entails.
