Cat.6 F/UTP CCA network cable with support for bandwidths up to 250 MHz and a snagless design with gold-plated contacts for Ethernet standards up to 1GBase-T. Cat.6 cables are designed for operating frequencies up to 250 MHz in a shielded version with foil shielding (F/UTP). Cat.6 cables are widely used in professional settings and are ideal for Gigabit Ethernet or AV extension applications. These cables are manufactured and tested according to the ISO/IEC 11801 specification. The cables are individually packaged in a polybag.

The gold-plated contacts ensure reliable, corrosion-free connections over long periods. A robust, strain-relieved construction prevents damage to the connector latch during installation and removal.

The high frequencies used in networking cause a high current load in the outer layers of the conductors due to the skin effect, while the conductor cores are exposed to very low electrical loads.
