The DIGITUS® Category 5e Class D patch cables are manufactured and tested according to the ISO/IEC 11801 and DIN EN 50173 CAT 5e standard. They ensure that the cable installation complies with the ISO & EN Channel Specification and provide excellent performance in DIGITUS® CAT 5e cabling. Performance has been tested up to 100 MHz, including performance characteristics such as Near-End Crosstalk (NEXT).

The DIGITUS® patch cables have been specifically designed to meet all demands in various application areas. Each cable is equipped with a molded bend protection boot with strain relief. Additionally, the boot features latch protection, which prevents the cables from snagging and the latch from breaking off the connector. Easy identification of category 5e is facilitated by the blue coloring of the connectors.
