Hello, I received the invoice/order on 8 April. However, I have neither received the goods nor any advice on delivery. I have been a customer for several decades, long before MIGROS bought Digitec, and the service has deteriorated steadily. Receiving an invoice for payment in 20 days without receiving the goods is a serious matter. Not even a published GALAXUS e-mail address or telephone number.

I have had the Tolino e-reader for years, the 4th one already. I always have problems with the screen after a while (software hangs up). I have all my books at Orell Füssli. and also some unread ones. nevertheless I would like to get away from Tolino. At the moment I'm mainly interested in the Kobo devices. Hello together I bought a Vantrue N4 Pro because of vandalism and wanted to operate it with a battery pack (instead of the car battery). This works as "continuous recording", but the parking mode of the Vantrue dashcam is not selectable at all. Apparently this only works with a hardwire kit and the car battery. Hence my question: Which dashcam is best suited for operation with an external battery pack/battery for parking mode? It should not record 24/7 but only when something moves in front of the lens or a vibration is detected. Thank you

Please at least bring a button back to the front end of the app so that you can go directly to the magazine and sort by article. More advertising on the front page is not necessarily better either, I liked the clear and tidy design of Digitec, otherwise the app looks very cluttered like Amazon, for example.

So I ordered 2 articles yesterday at around 16:00. Both were/are in stock. Order status the next morning: ready to be shipped. It wouldn't be a big deal but digitec keeps advertising this exceptional fast delivery and this is not the first or the second time it's happening. I know, first world problems.
