Gentlemen, I have just received the TL100 device ordered without any experience, only recommended by my doctor for the benefits of light therapy, however, reading the instructions scared me because the use seems very complicated. Can you please give me some positive advice before disappointment drives me to dismiss it before I have tried it. Please also consider that I am not a smartphone lover!
