Medisana BS444 My scale shows about 4 kg too little. Can I calibrate it somehow?

You need to try resetting it.

Place the scale in its designated place and then briefly tap it so that the display becomes active and shows 0. ... then it should be calibrated.

If this does not work, send it back to .....!

Anything else is beyond our control :-).
