However, according to the manual, he should pair the scale and the smartphone in this way:

1. Download the EufyLife app from the app-store (iOS) or google play depending on the operating system.
2. Activate Bluetooth on your smartphone.

3. Open the EufyLife app and follow the on-screen instructions to pair the scale with your device.

Important note: Do not pair the scale from the Bluetooth menu on your smartphone. Use the EufyLife app to pair the scale with your smartphone.

If the customer has already paired a device via the Bluetooth menu, they should remove the scale from the paired devices and pair it following the instructions above. The customer can also try to reinstall the application.
