Question about Beurer Tl 90
Does it have a similar effect to a solarium? (Only on the face) But is the lamp like that of a solarium? Sunlight ubv ect ?

No no solarium effect. It serves to compensate for the lack of light on dark winter mornings. Great for waking up with an extra bit of good cheer
It's not a solarium effect, it's used for when the sun doesn't shine, like in winter... to sleep better and to calm my nerves a little. It has helped me a lot in terms of energy and calmness... I use it during breakfast for 30 minutes a day at a distance of about 1 metre.
It has no solarium effect. It is used to make the sun cure...for autumn depressions.to me it has also helped a lot with energy.and also anxiety.
