No, the scale only measures weight. However, according to my research, reliable body fat measurements only via a foot plate are not possible, so I am happy to do without this pseudo-function, because it only measures the leg area.
Better body fat measurements are possible with additional hand-held measuring devices (but I find these devices very ugly).

The device is simple and very well made. The app still has room for improvement with the curve that shows the weight trend.
