However, you can send an enquiry via http://support.getqardio.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and Qardio will answer you. The data is stored locally in the app. The data is backed up in the iCloud.

This could be a defect. If the suspicion is confirmed, the warranty could be recorded via the customer account.
