UV steriliser, perfect for sterilising knives with a capacity for 14 knives. It features a timer adjustable up to 60 minutes and a plexiglass door. Made of stainless steel, it includes a stainless steel knife holder and sterilises using bactericidal ultraviolet light. The unit is equipped with a microswitch that prevents operation when the door is open.
