Version: Fit 1.0

The Compex Fit muscle stimulation device is available with different training programmes. There are three fitness series: Fit 1.0, Fit 3.0 and Fit 5.0. The 1.0 and 3.0 models must be wired with the electrodes included in the scope of delivery, while the 5.0 device is connected wirelessly with two stimulation modules. These electrodes and modules transmit electrical impulses to the muscles. Depending on the training frequency, the Fit 1.0 is equipped with 10 programmes, the 3.0 with 20 fitness programmes and the Fit 5.0 with 30 programmes.
