The red ones are an exclusive CH edition, the blue ones are available in the rest of Europe. The stickers differ only in the colour of the sticker frame, which is red for the CH stickers and white for the EU/DE stickers, and there are also colour differences for the rarer sparkling stickers - the numbers are identical for both versions and are therefore purely numerically compatible.

The blue one is the DE version, which is not so easy to get outside of Germany, which is why only a third party retailer offers it. The blue album would also be of higher quality due to the hardcover.
