This highly heat-resistant release agent is made from modern synthetic, microcrystalline waxes and Teflon®, resulting in high-gloss surfaces. 8. Tamiya Diorama Texture Paint Snow-Effect
Item number: 300087119
Article name: Structure colour snow/white 100ml
The water-based Tamiya textured paint with snow effect is enriched with marble particles (approx. 0.05-0.35 mm), allowing dioramas to quickly achieve a realistic snow surface and a sparkle in the light. This colour can be used to create snow-covered surfaces. The content of a 100 ml bottle is approximately sufficient to paint a B4 format surface (approx. 250 × 353 mm, one coat).
Properties:
Drying time: Depending on the room temperature, approx. 3-5 hours.
Paint that is still wet can be easily diluted with water and washed off. Small palette knives or old brushes are suitable for application. The texture paint can be mixed with Tamiya acrylic paints to obtain numerous individual colour shades.
Attention: Textured paint is not suitable for airbrush guns.

9. Revell Military Set
The popular Aqua Color paints are now available in all 88 shades. Model builders no longer have to make compromises and can rely on this acrylic paint system for all their color needs.
The advantages of this paint system: Revell Aqua Color paints come in innovative 18 ml containers that are easy to work with. The paints can be thinned with water, are low-odor, non-flammable, and contain virtually no organic solvents. There are 88 different colors that can be mixed together. The paint dries completely in 2 to 3 hours. Repainting is possible after just one hour, which means it is six times faster than with enamel paints. The new colors and the existing enamel colors (14 ml) can be easily painted over after the drying time, but they should not be mixed together.
The paint is also suitable for airbrushing. It is important to note that the paint should not be thinned too much, with a maximum of 20 to 25% water. It is optimal to thin the paint with Aqua Color Mix, as it also acts as a drying retarder and prevents the paint from drying too quickly in the spray gun. The spray gun should be cleaned immediately with water after use. If the paint has already dried, the spray gun can also be cleaned with Airbrush Clean or Aqua Color Clean.
For brush application: The paints are easy to apply and feature high opacity. Smooth surfaces after brushing are almost as good as when airbrushing. The end result is absolutely comparable to enamel paints and provides exceptional results when brushed.

10. Vallejo Weathering Effects
The innovative range of weathering effects offers the modeller a new medium for depicting the effects of exposure to weather and extreme climates on vehicles and armor. The references in the range are formulated with permanent pigments and water-based acrylic resins, providing a great variety of scenic possibilities such as the creation of spilled fuel, engine grime, lichen and humidity, crushed grass, mud splashes, and fuel stains. Each product is developed to represent a specific effect on vehicles and armor, showcasing their operative history under harsh conditions. The products can be applied directly on the base, dry rapidly, and most allow for immediate further manipulation, with the exception of thick mud, which requires a longer drying time. Tools can be cleaned with water and soap.
Safety: Weathering effects are not flammable and do not contain solvents. Please refer to the certified safety information of the product for more details.
Packaging: The engine effects range is available in 40 ml (1.35 fl oz) pots.
Applications: Brown soot accumulates on engine bulkheads, compartment walls, wheel housings of trains, and underneath the crankshaft and carter, consisting of a combination of dirt, residues of engine oils, and dust.
