In recent years, tank semi-trailers have become a common sight in agriculture, especially due to specialized operations and increased farm sizes. The Kotte TSA 30,000 tank semi-trailer allows contractors to transport generated organic fertilizers quickly and cost-effectively, particularly over longer distances. With its compact design, the tank semi-trailer, miniaturized by WIKING in a 1:32 scale with a black chassis and leaf green tank, is ideally suited for pairing with the authentic MAN TGS 18.510 4x4. The agricultural machinery manufacturer Kotte from Rieste, Lower Saxony, achieves high operational reliability with the TSA from the Garant series while providing high-quality, customized equipment for efficient and economical workflows. The transfer of the load from the front axle to the towing vehicle, combined with air suspension, allows for a permissible total weight of around 34 tons. Since the vacuum compressor is mechanically driven via a patented rotary joint, the complete hydraulic power of the towing vehicle is available for filling assistance. The docking funnel at the rear is positioned so that the spreading vehicle can efficiently overload the slurry. A pump sump ensures complete emptying of the tank.

The 1:32 model is handcrafted, with a variety of components made from zinc die-cast and plastic precisely assembled. When detached, the tank semi-trailer can easily be placed on the extendable supports, allowing for a realistic everyday presentation. Additionally, the coupling fittings for drainage can be practically swung out at the rear. The control panel can also be opened and closed easily. To ensure realistic maneuverability, the rear axle is steerable, the axles are sprung, and the function of the lift axle is clearly discernible.
