The KSM-3 reversing module changes polarity within a few milliseconds as soon as it detects the voltage drop at the transition when a train enters or exits. The KSM-3 reacts even before the voltage actually collapses due to the short circuit. To ensure precise adjustment of the short circuit sensitivity, an LED on the board indicates when the optimum is reached.

Additional turnout output: Before the train exits the reversing loop, both the reversing loop polarity and the turnout are adjusted simultaneously. Suitable for connecting turnouts with dual-coil drives.
