The Dynahead is another model from the series of 6-wheel drive Tamiya models. It is based on the GF-01 chassis and has been extended by one axle. The kit includes a model with a steerable front axle. It can optionally be equipped with a steerable rear axle, which requires an additional servo. A highlight of this model is the portal axles, which provide an additional 15 mm of ground clearance. This additional gearing at the wheel hub further reduces the gear ratio, and combined with the 18-tooth pinion gear, the Dynahead achieves a gear ratio of 37.35:1. This makes the model particularly strong for off-road driving and crawling sections. The 540 electric motor is positioned behind the front axle, providing the model with excellent grip, especially on uphill climbs (up to 40 degrees incline). The three differentials make the model agile and maneuverable despite its length. The body was designed by Japanese designer Takayuki Yamazaki.
