Racing for everyone! Tamiya presents the Porsche 911 GT3 R, the racing machine from Zuffenhausen. Based on the Porsche 911 GT3 992, this is now the R version. This version has been developed to comply with GT3 regulations. With a horizontally opposed 6-cylinder engine producing 565 horsepower, this car features a lightweight carbon fiber body and has proven itself in global races such as the NLS (Nürburgring Long Distance Series) 2024 and the 2024 Fanatec GT World Challenge Asia. The Tamiya model is based on the proven TT-02 chassis in 1:10 scale. This chassis allows for multiple adjustments of wheelbase, ground clearance, track width, and gear ratio, and with countless optional tuning parts, it can be quickly upgraded to a racer. The 4WD drive system with a central shaft, double wishbones, and shock absorbers on all four wheels ensures a realistic driving experience and excellent traction. The chassis bottom is designed to be extra smooth, and the battery compartment accommodates all common battery types. A visual highlight is the wheel hubs, which feature attached brake disc replicas.
