With this kit, building a simple worm gear with a 6 mm motor becomes a breeze. The tedious task of aligning the distance between the worm and the gear is now a thing of the past. This is now taken care of by the motor clip developed by SOL-EXPERT. Assembly is very straightforward: after gluing the gear onto the shaft with metal adhesive and pressing the bearing bushings into the clip, you can begin the final assembly. Clean any excess adhesive from the shaft, close the housing, and insert the motor with the glued worm – done. And the distance between the worm and the gear? It fits perfectly.
