Just One is a cooperative party game where everyone plays together against the game. The goal is to collectively guess as many of the 13 secret words as possible. In each round, one player takes on the role of the active player and tries to guess a secret word. The other players assist by secretly writing one clue each on their boards without discussing it with one another.

Be creative. Creativity is key here, as the same clue cannot be written down by two players at the same time. If there are two or more identical clues, they become invalid, and the active player does not get to see them. At the end of the game, all the guessed secret words are tallied, and the game result is determined.

Award-winning. Just One was named Game of the Year 2019. "Just One is particularly brilliant due to its simplicity," the jury explained their choice for the award winner. "It stands out by creating an incredible pull: Those who play it in public will quickly attract onlookers who will want to join in." Even during the nomination, the jury referred to Just One as a "flash of communicative joy in gaming that strikes in every round and leaves a lasting impression."

In 2019, Just One won the "Beeple Award" from the Board Game Blogger Network. "The cooperative creative word fun often lasts for many more rounds, as it quickly becomes less about the score and more about the enjoyment everyone at the table is having."
