Golden figures are those who are also detached: Dumbeldore, Hagrid and Harry. I couldn't find any scratches on my figures. The set is definitely worthwhile and is, in my opinion, one of the highest quality and most beautiful of recent years! If only all LEGO sets were still of this quality...
