Sleeping Serpent Beneath the Island - Expansion for: Spirit Island (EN)

Long ago, when there was only water where islands now exist, a great sea serpent grew tired one day and decided to rest. It stirred up the seabed around it. This was the birth of the island. Other stories tell different tales, but perhaps both stories are true. Many spirits sense the gigantic serpent beneath them. Mostly sleeping and without direct influence, the desolation caused by invaders begins to awaken it more than usual.

Sleeping Serpent Beneath the Island is an additional spirit for Spirit Island with high complexity. The set includes the spirit's tableau and its four starting abilities. No matter which path you choose with the serpent, patience is required: in the early rounds, you will gradually establish abilities and presences. While the serpent is not completely helpless, it is by far the least effective spirit overall. After awakening, it becomes incredibly powerful, but it takes a lot of time to reach that point.
