Atiwa, board game, for 1-4 players, ages 12 and up (DE edition)

In the worker placement game Atiwa, you take on the role of fruit farmer families who engage in a symbiotic relationship with flying foxes. The animals are kept as pets to help expand the farms more quickly. Tall trees are left standing as resting places, and protection is offered to them instead of hunting them for their scarce meat.

In the game, you build a community near the Atiwa Range. Construct houses for families and share your newly acquired knowledge about the positive impact that flying foxes have on the environment. Acquire new land, manage your animals and resources carefully, and lead your community to prosperity.

The player who best balances the needs of their community with those of the environment wins.
