Classic Board Game

Carcassonne is a modern classic game that is known worldwide. Build a medieval castle landscape, place your followers as knights, robbers, monks, and farmers, and collect the most points. It also works well as a two-player game.

The game is played with square tiles that represent the meadows and features around the city of Carcassonne. But just the tiles are not enough. Another important component is the game pieces, known in English as Meeples. Each player has a set of loyal followers, Meeples, that are placed on the tiles to score points. The role of the Meeple depends on where it is placed. On the road, it becomes a robber; in the field, a farmer; in the city, a knight; and in the monastery, a monk. Each type has its own rules for scoring points.
