For the first play, each player needs to lay down 30 points with one or more of their own sets from their board. 3. After the first play, a turn consists of one of two events: - The player whose turn it is plays at least one game tile from their rack. - If a player cannot or does not want to play, they must draw a tile from the pool. In both cases, the turn ends and the next player takes their turn. 4. The first player to lay down all their tiles wins.
