Ghiant RC Car Colors are specially designed for painting Lexan bodies. The special solvent softens the surface of the body, allowing the paint to bond permanently with the plastic. No chipping, no scratching; the color remains elastic, even after a severe crash.

Application Instructions:

• Many bodies have a protective film on the outside; remove this only after painting.
• Some prefer to cut out the body beforehand.
• Clean the body thoroughly with dish soap or brake cleaner.
• Shake the can vigorously for about 2 minutes.
• Spray the paint from a distance of 20-30 cm.
• Always start with the darkest color, as lighter colors will show through.
• Apply several thin layers rather than one thick one, waiting about 5 minutes between coats.
• Wait at least 5 minutes before removing the protective film or masking film of the design.
• When finished, turn the can upside down and spray for about 2 seconds to clear the nozzle.

Special Note for Neon (Fluo) Colors:
This paint is not as opaque as standard colors, so apply several fine layers. If necessary, back it with white. The ambient temperature should be at least 15 °C. Spray from a distance of 15-20 cm. Wait about 30 minutes and back the Fluo/Neon color with white. This is the only way to achieve optimal brightness of the neon colors.
